1. The exhibitor shall contact the Organizer for the Exhibition Contract, or download it from the website: www.iapechina.com.
2. The exhibitor is suggested to read through the Terms and Conditions in Section Ⅰof the Exhibition Contract first, and then fill in and apply company seal to the Exhibitor Application Form in Section Ⅱof the contract.
3. The exhibitor shall fax or mail the Exhibition Contract back to the Organizer. The deadline for application is July 31, 2010.
4. Upon receiving the Exhibition Contract, the Organizer will send the Booth Invoice to the exhibitor.
5. Upon receiving the Booth Invoice, the exhibitor shall pay within fifteen (15) working days from the date of invoice fifty percent (50%) of the total booth charge to the designated bank appointed by the Organizer; and shall pay off the balance of the total amount 50 days prior to the exhibition.
6. Upon the receipt of the total booth charge, the Organizer shall fax the Participation Confirmation Letter (with the set booth number) to the exhibitor. The exhibitor needs the Participation Confirmation Letter for registration.
7. The exhibitor shall either read through or download the Exhibitors' Manual on CIAPE website and shall fill in the relevant forms required in the manual, and fax or email the forms back to the Organizer within the requested time.
8. The arrangement of booth(s) shall follow the rule of "early application, early reservation, early payment and early confirmation".
