Overseas Agents Application

1. Criteria for application

Agents of China International Auto Parts Show are authorized by the Organising Committee of China International Auto Parts Expo. to invite exhibitors in certain countries or regions and organize overseas enterprises to participate in the China International Auto Parts Expo. on behalf of the Organising Committee of China International Auto Parts Expo.. Agents are also authorized to assist the Organising Committee of China International Auto Parts Expo. to offer relevant services to exhibitors. Organizations matching the following criteria shall be entitled to apply as an agent of China International Auto Parts Expo.:

a. Any industrial and/or business institutions or exhibition firms outside P.R. China who are experienced, influential and enjoying good reputations in the relevant industries and having abilities in exhibitor or visitor recruitment.

b. Any industrial and/or business institutions or exhibition firms in mainland, P.R. China who are experienced, influential and enjoying good reputations in the relevant industries and having abilities in exhibitor or visitor recruitment.

c. There should be normally one agent for one region or country. Those agents are all direct agents who should in no case subcontract with any third parties by any reasons.

d. Each exhibitor recruitment agent should be responsible for a net exhibition area of at least 100 square meters; each visitor recruitment agent should be responsible for at least 10 trade visitors.

Validity of each agent shall only be for one version of China International Auto Parts Expo. and priorities are given to the existing agents for future events.

2. Procedures of Application

Step 1: Submission of Agent Application to apply exhibition areas from the Organising Committee of China International Auto Parts Expo. Deadline shall be by the end of July each year. 

Step 2: After verification and approval, the Organising Committee of China International Auto Parts Expo. will enter into Agent Agreement with the qualified applicants. The Organising Committee of China International Auto Parts Expo. shall accordingly issue to the agents Letter of Authorization and Notice of Agency Confirmation.

Step 3: The exhibitor recruitment agents shall be required to pay advanced payment within one month upon receipt of the Notice of Agency Confirmation. The remaining amount shall be fully paid 15 days prior to the opening of the China International Auto Parts Expo..

Step 4: The agents shall organize the business delegations and assist the enterprises to deal with all issues related to the exhibition.

Step 5: Within one month after the exhibition, the Organising Committee of China International Auto Parts Expo. shall reimburse commissions to the agents as per legal invoice provided by the agents.
