Services and Stipulations of Shell Scheme Construction

Section 1  General Principles

1.      The designated contractor – Beijing CIEC International Exhibition Construction Company Ltd. is in charge of setting up all the shell schemes, distributing electricity and water, and configuring stand equipment of CIAPE.

2.      The construction of shell schemes will be finished by 17:00 on September 22, 2009; and the exhibitors are allowed to move in the exhibits after 08:30 on September 23, 2009.

3.      The dismantling of shell schemes will begin at 21:00 on September 26, 2009; the exhibitor shall move out all the exhibits before 21:00 on September 26, 2009.

Section 2  Shell schemes

CIAPE provides exhibitors shell schemes of a unified pattern.

1.     Stand Dimension: 3m*3m

2.     Basic Equipment

The basic equipment of the shell scheme includes: three panels,one fascia board (two for double openings, showing English and Chinese name of the exhibitor, the booth number), three spotlights (100W), one information table, three folding chairs, one carpet, one socket (220V/5A) and one paper basket.

3.       Reminder:

(1)     For stands located at corners, panels will only be set up at two sides of the stands with other two sides facing the aisle  open.

(2)     No variations of walls, fascia board or main framework will be allowed unless the approval of the Organizer is obtained.

Section 3  Modification of Shell scheme

1.     In case that the exhibitor requires for modification of shell scheme such as increase of stand equipment, the dismantling of partition panels between adjacent stands and increase of electric equipment, the exhibitor can apply to Beijing CIEC International Exhibition Construction Company Ltd. 2.     Application for modification of shell scheme shall be conducted in advance application. Different charges will be required for modification of shell scheme.

3.     The deadline for application: September 1, 2009. On-site service for modification of shell scheme will not be provided.

Section 4  Stipulations of Use of Stand

1.     Under no circumstances shall the exhibitor dismantle or modify the configured fascia board, show shelves, stand equipment and lighting lamps without authorization from CIAPE, nor bring them out of the exhibition halls. In case any modification is needed, the exhibitor shall apply for it to CIAPE in advance or submit the application to the Organizer. Upon approval by CIAPE and full payment made by the exhibitor, the designated contractor will execute the modification works.

2.     In case that any distribution box is installed inside the stand, CIAPE will not alter its position, and the exhibitor is also not allowed to remove it. The exhibitor, during the course of stand decoration, is reminded to avoid it.

3.     No lighting lamps brought by the exhibitor will be permitted to install in the shell scheme; no identical or similar setting-up materials will be permitted to bring to the exhibition for installation.

4.     No double-sided tape is permitted to be used on the walls.

5.     No sticking on the show shelves will be permitted. In case that the sticking is needed, the exhibitor shall furnish to CIAPE for approval and thereafter operate without damaging the show shelves.

6.     The exhibitor shall by no means damage any configurations of the stand, cut the show shelves and aluminum products, or paint, drill and nail on the show shelves, the aluminum products, stand equipment and the like. If any such damage is caused by misconduct, compensation for exhibition facility damage shall be borne by the exhibitor accordingly.
