Stipulations of Construction Management for Custom-built Stand
Section 1 Definition
Custom-built stand refers to the stand on rental raw space of minimal 36 square meters, that the exhibitor entrusts the contractor to set up and decorate with materials which are different from those used in the shell schemes.
Section 2 Contractor of Custom-built Stand
For the design and construction of custom-built stand:
1. The exhibitor can entrust the contractors listed in Appendix List of Contractors with Qualification Certification of China International Exhibition Center. The exhibitor can contact with contractors in the list directly and ask them to finish relevant procedures for construction required by CIEC.
2. If the exhibitor has his own contractor (without qualification certification of CIEC), a construction deposit is required for the construction of the stand. The exhibitor can contact with the Stand-fitting Administration Office of CIEC in advance to finish relevant procedures for construction.

Section 3 Drawing Verification of Custom-built Stand
1. Application deadline: September 1, 2010.
2. The Stand-fitting Administration Office of CIEC is responsible for providing contractors of custom-built stands with consultation service and drawings submission service, verifying drawings of custom-built construction, collecting constructional management fees, and issuing relevant construction certificates.
Section 4 Reminders
1. Any Agreements between the exhibitor and his entrusted contractor shall be deemed to be contracts of the two parties only.
2. Any accidents or disputes hence arising shall be subject to the legal procedures, and CIAPE shall assume no responsibilities for such consequences.
