Q: Why should I come to China?

Q: Why CIAPE?

A: CIAPE is the only authorized auto parts Show in China by the Chinese Government, and it is one of the largest shows in Asia in the industry! CIAPE is the window for both China’s and international automobile and the auto parts industries by introducing their development level and trend of growth. It serves as a platform for the release and commercialization of new products, technologies and materials, establishment of brand image, introduction of advanced technologies, equipment, key parts, advanced management and overseas intellect.

Q: How was CIAPE 2008?

A: China International Auto Parts Expo. 2008 was a tremendous success with 1100 exhibitors (20% are from overseas), 2400 stands and 80,000 square meters of exhibition space. 50,100 trade visitors from 113 countries and regions attended the event.

Q: Why is CIAPE 2009 advanced to September?

A: Based on the result of visitors’ questionnaire 2008, CIAPE 2009 will be held in September instead of November, and it’s moving back to the old China International Exhibition Center in the city center again! With the pleasant weather, convenient transportation and high-quality accommodation in the city, you will easily enjoy your life in Beijing and find your potential business partners at CIAPE!

Q: With the global economic crisis, is there any incentive policy for the international visitors?

A: Yes! CIAPE is offering FREE accommodation and FREE transportation from appointed hotels to the exhibition center from 24th to 26th September 2009 for all pre-registered qualified international buyers and professionals!

Q: How should I register to get the free accommodation and transportation?

A: Register as a trade visitor, and fill in the visitors’ registration form online as detailed as you can (please fill with the correct email address which we will contact you later). After the successful registration, we will inform you whether you are qualified for the preferential treatment or not.

Q: Where can I find the Free Hotel information?

A: After registration, we will send you the Hotel information by Email. Please check you emails then.

Q: How should I know that my registration is successful?

A: After a successful registration, you will receive our confirmation letter within 3 working days. Otherwise, please re-register again or send an email to the Organizing Committee for help (niefei@exh.genertec.com.cn).

Q: I registered on your website and visited CIAPE 2008. Do I have to register again this year?

A: Yes, CIAPE is an annual event. We have closed our database for CIAPE 2008, and are building a brand new database for CIAPE 2009. Please register and see you at CIAPE this September!

Q: How can I start the visa application process?

A: Register as international visitor following the steps mentioned above. Fill in the form of Invitation Letter Application Form for Visa and send into: enquiry@iapechina.com. We will let you know the tracking number of your invitation letter by email within 2 weeks. Then you can go to the Chinese embassy/commercial consulate office to apply for your entry visa to China.
