The 2008 China International Auto Parts Expo (CIAPE)• Beijing Summit Forum will be held on November 11, 2008. The host, Ministry of Commerce of China has set the theme of this forum as “Communication, Cooperation, Development and Win-Win”. Like CIAPE 2007, the 2008 Beijing Summit Forum will also be held in the Great Hall of the People, and will be a “thinking feast” to the global auto parts industry.
The Beijing Summit Forum, a value-added service provided to CIAPE exhibitors and visitors, is marked by its internationalization, high-level, specialization, authority and pragmatism.
Officials from Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, leaders of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) and Society of Automotive Engineers of China (SAE-China), CEOs of global industrial associations like SAE-International, Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) and the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG), presidents of multinational auto parts enterprises such as Bosch (China) Investment Ltd., Denso (China) Investment Co., Ltd and Valeo Group, leaders of famous domestic companies like Beijing Automotive Industry Holdings Co., Ltd and Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Col, Ltd will deliver brilliant speeches at the forum.
The Beijing Summit Forum is a meeting place for elites of the global auto parts industry. Attendees will discuss hot topics including the relationship between automobile and auto parts companies in the global automotive industry; the development of global auto parts groups, and dialogues between multinational and Chinese domestic auto parts enterprises, etc. It is the top level “thinking feast” in the world automotive industry with its authoritative opinions, professional participants and practical topics.
The Summit Forum will attract about 400 attendees including leaders of delegations, representatives of exhibitors as well as research, institute and media, etc that are participating in CIAPE 2008.
After the Summit Forum, the grand 2008 CIAPE Opening Ceremony Welcome Dinner will be held by Ministry of Commerce in the Great Hall of the People.
