2008 China International Auto Parts Expo (CIAPE) will be held from 12 to 15, November, 2008 at China International Exhibition Center (New Venue) in Beijing. Up to now, the work of exhibitor application has been finished. Enterprises are divided into 4 exhibiting areas according to their attributes, namely International Hall represented by multinational auto parts enterprises and famous Chinese enterprises, Province Delegation Halls organized by provinces and automobile industry bases, Tuning Cars and Products Hall organized by Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) and Chinese refitting companies, and Chinese Domestic Vehicle Hall consist of Chinese domestic vehicles with self-initiated innovation and protection.

Hall E1, the International Hall, lies at the east of the China International Exhibition Center (New Venue), gathering the multinational auto parts groups. The list are: Bosch, Denso, Delphi, Visteon Auto Air-conditioning, Yanfeng Visteon Automotive Trim Systems, Johnson Controls Automotive Components, Lear Corporation, Tenneco Ride Control System, BorgWarner Torq Transfer Systems, ZF Steering, United Automotive Electronic Systems, Sanden Behr Automotive Air Conditioning, TRW Automotive Safety Systems, GKN Drive Shaft, Aichi Forging, NGK, Hitachi and so on. The famous Chinese enterprises in Hall E1 include Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (Group), FAW Group Corporation, Dongfeng, Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts, Chery, Geely, Beijing Gear Works, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, Wanxiang Group, Yuchai Group, Wuxi Diesel Engine Works, Qingte Group, Wanfeng Auto, etc. They will bring their brand image, top products, advanced and latest technologies. Some famous quality, standard, inspection and training organization such as SAE International, Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG), VDA QMC, and TUV Rheinland will also display themselves as service providers.

Province Delegation Halls are located in the Hall W1, W2 and E2, and the exhibitors include auto parts companies of scale from the 12 automobile industrial bases in Changchun, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing, Wuhan, Wuhu, Taizhou, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Hefei, Baoding, Liuzhou and automotive industry chain areas in 27 provinces and cities. The exhibitors include Ruili Group, Luo’s Group, Shandong Gold Phoenix Group, Xiangyang Automobile Bearing, Tri-Ring Group and Shijiazhuang Jingang Group, etc. The province and base delegations all bring their premier enterprises and quality products with larger scale compared with the year 2007. The exhibits displayed will represent the overall level of China's auto parts industry. Tuning Cars area is in Hall E3, and is one highlight of CIAPE 2008. SEMA will bring 30 tuning cars to the expo, and it is the first time for Salon Show of SEMA to be approved to enter the Chinese market with such large scale. With the implementation of Provisions on Motor Vehicle Registration since October 1st, 2008, the policy on automobile refitting will be broadened step by step, and the refitting of automobiles will also become popular in China. The participation of SEMA includes such elements like vehicle performance, owner interviews, refitting consultation, gift giveaways. This will provide full demonstration of the advanced concepts and trends in automobile refitting. SEMA Salon Show will compete with China's domestic tuning cars. This will catch the eyes of visitors worldwide, and bring great influences and changes to the concepts and desires of individualized consumption in the Chinese market, together to the area of production, circulation, and management.

The Chinese Domestic Vehicle Hall is set up within the platform of CIAPE to display Chinese domestic vehicles with self-initiated innovation and protection. Active responses are received from purchasers and trade visitors both at home and abroad. This hall will give full demonstration of the overall level of Chinese domestic vehicles, which includes sedan cars, commercial vehicles, passenger cars, and camions. Famous Chinese vehicle enterprises including Chery, Geely, Great Wall, FAW Group, Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd, SAIC, JAC, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor, Yutong Group, Xiamen King Long, Xiamen Golden Dragon, Higer Bus, Yong Man Automobile, Zotye, Gonow, etc. will also bring scores of vehicles to display in CIAPE 2008.
