Visiting Procedure: You can get your Visitor Pass by filling in the Visitor Registration Form on site in the fair ground, or you can pre-register on www.iapechina.com for the Visiting Confirmation from the Organizer.

Opening Hour: 9: 00 am

Closing Hour: 17: 00pm

Exhibits Categories:

1.Auto Parts:

Engine system, chassis system, body system, electronic system, telematics, auto inner ornamental system, etc.;

2.Repairing and Maintenance Equipment and Accessories:

Repairing, testing and diagnosis equipment, cleansing and maintaining devices, parking lot facilities, lubricants, grease, etc.;

3.Car Tuning and Accessories:

Exterior design, wheels, tires, electronic equipment, inner decoration, racing products, oil, tuning brands, etc.;

4.Materials & Components IT & Management

5.Energy-saving, Environmental Protection and New Energy Technologies and Products

6.Auto Industry Related Certification and Quality Organizations, Finance, Insurance, Media and Clubs, etc.

Admission:

1. You should exchange for your Visitor Pass with either the Visiting Ticket, your business card or the Visiting Confirmation in the fairground for admission to the exhibition halls.

2. You are reminded to bring your business cards with you.

Notices:

1. Please refer to the on-site maps for your guidance.

2. Please take good care of your personal belongings in the exhibition halls.

3. Dangerous goods (inflammable or explosive) and animals are strictly prohibited to the exhibition halls.

4. Please treasure all the exhibits in the exhibition halls. In case any damage occurred, compensation will be charged accordingly. The organizers have the right to request anyone who arise chaos to leave the exhibition halls.

5. Without written permission from the Organizer, visitors are not allowed to conduct any investigation or public-opinion poll to other visitors, or to contribute or donate in the exhibition halls.

6. The organizer is responsible for the final interpretation of the exhibition.
