Recently, we have found the unauthorized use of the name of China International Auto Parts Expo and CIAPE which is used to solicit business. The activities have seriously damaged the brand reputation of CIAPE. We, the Department of Law, are hereby authorized to state that:
1. China International Auto Parts Expo (CIAPE), approved by Ministry of Commerce is hosted by China General Technology (Group) Holding and co-organized by Genertec International Advertising & Exhibition Co., Ltd. No the third host or co-organizer prevails.
2. China International Auto Parts Expo (CIAPE) has never worked with any other entities or exhibitions under any names in the way of co-sponser, merge or holding at the same time.
3. Website www.iapechina.com is the exclusive website established by China International Auto Parts Expo. The office address of the Organizing Committee is: 12/F, West Wing of Sichuan Mansion, 1 Fuwaidajie, Xicheng District, Beijing, P. R. China.
4. The number of both the telephone and the fax are subject to contents released on the website of the expo.
5. Both the name and the contact method of lawful agents authorized by the Organizer are subject to contents contained on the official website of the expo.
6. The copyright of this website is the exclusive property of the co-organizer of China International Auto Parts Expo. Any exhibition, media, website and commercial organizations may not otherwise reproduce or re-publish contents on the website for commercial purpose or release a mirror.
Both the host and co-organizer of China International Auto Parts Expo (CIAPE) reserves its legal rights against any unit or individual for any infringement thereby on CIAPE.
